Itchy rash but non visible bumps?

Non-itchy rash/acne-bumps on inside of arms?

  • I've been to many doctors/dermatologists and none of them have been able to figure out what this is, but, evidently it isn't harmful to my health, it just looks kind of gross. I have these little bumps on the inside of my forearm, not near my wrist or elbows (only in the center). Some of them are red/pink the others are white/flesh colored. It doesn't itch, burn, hurt, or bother me in any way. If I slide my thumb down my forearm, I can feel almost all of them, they kind feel like they're "under" my skin. I would say it looks like a rash/allergic reaction/acne in that area, except, I'm not allergic to anything. I've had it for a long, long, long time. These bumps popped up while I was sick one day, I think I had strep, they were on my chest and inside of my arms. The ones on my chest went away, but, not these. Any ideas what it could be? It's not dried skin. Thank you!

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin. Holistic Acne Treatment Guide?
