The redness of a sunburn?

How can I tell if this redness on my face is sunburn or just rosacea?

  • Lately I've been spotting signs of rosacea (flushing/blushing/redness) and just a couple of hours ago I was outdoors (it was extremely sunny) for no more than 10 minutes. Three hours after returning home, my cheeks started to turn very red. It feels hot, but i am not sure if this could be sunburn or rosacea...because I've heard rosacea can be triggered by even the slightest sun exposure. I also have very sun-sensitive skin, so it could be either one. Can someone please help me by identifying what I could have? My nose is not red like the rest of my cheeks, and my forehead was covered by my bangs..so it is only my cheeks. Thank you in advanced! :)
