Can you exercise with a sinus infection?

Do I have to exercise today if I only ate one meal?

  • Ok, it isn't like it sounds, I am not going on some crazy one meal diet, I have had a very severe cold with a sinus infection and have just simply lost my appetite. Yesterday I ate an apple for breakfast, and because I wasn't hungry at all I had a banana with peanut butter for lunch and then again for dinner. Today I was feeling horrible and only had a can of cream of chicken soup and then half a 80 calorie ice cream an hour ago and maybe about a handful of mini wheat cereal, oh, and I have been drinking a lot of orange juice. Should I exercise? I heard exercise helps fight the cold better and gets rid of it faster. I plan on getting back to eating healthy again when i get my appetite back, I just need to know if I should take off exercise till I feel better to.
