A real long island ice tea is frankly, kind of crappy tasting. It's a bunch of booze to aid along the prospect of getting drunk quickly. The liquour probably doesn't pack the punch that a real drink does, probably tastes like a weird cola liquer mixed with odds and ends booze which is pretty much what a bar made long island is. Vodka, rum, whiskey, galliano, a splash of coke and 7up with a bit of sweet and sour. It's like 5 shots and some top dressing.
