What can I do with a Bachelors degree in Spanish?

What can i do with a bachelors degree in sociology and a bachelors degree in criminology?

  • Answer:

You could work within the criminal justice system, perhaps as a correctional counselor or a probation officer. Criminology gives you the knowledge and insight of crime and criminals while Sociology can give you insight on prisons as a social institution and societal factors that may influence such a population...so think about what fields you can apply this knowledge in. Neither majors sound useless to me if you desire to work within the CJ field. Or maybe within a government agency like the FBI. Don't listen to these shallow users who say that these subjects are useless. Nothing is useless if you have a plan on how to use it.

Not a whole lot. You could get into a Masters program in Social Work with either degree, but that's extra time in school. You would be qualified for entry level jobs that only require a generic college degree. You could try to get into law enforcement, but you would still have to make it through the police academy.

Invicta means well by telling you not to listen to the other answers, but what she does not know is that the other answerers are actually right. Both of those majors get you absolutely NO job whatsoever. In fact, college gets you no where. Go to vocational school, instead.
