well it certainly is possible...people have done it. all you need is the drive, the determination, the belief in yourself and the idea. unfortunately nobody is going to give you the idea because if they have it, they will not give it away they will do something with it themselves. good luck!

Personally I would buy a property. That would take care of rent and they are low now. Of course you'll have a mortage, but you can start buying and selling properties. Buy low, sell high of course.
