How much energy and/or harmful chemicals are used on average in recycling computer components?

I'm going to be doing a presentation to my sustainable business class regarding the benefits of reusing computers as an alternative to throwing away or recycling computers, and I need to know how much goes into the process of recycling computer parts on average. I know that it's probably not going to be near as much as how much goes into making new computer parts, but still...

Well if I've done my maths right it should be around 66% harmful chemicals and the remaining which is 34% is hazardous chemical
