Incubus has some really good acoustic stuff on their Morning View album. You should check out "Just a Phase" or "Mexico." Also Foo Fighters have some good stuff like "Let It Die" and "The Pretender." These songs are kind of challenging so they may be out of your skill range, but they are good milestones if you aren't quite good enough yet.
