Help with job Interview questions?

It is hard because i don't know how old you are. I am going to assume you're 17 because you have never had a job before, but you are probably old enough to drive. Speak up - The person interviewing you is assessing your ability to hold a conversation Showcase your personality - Even if you have no experience, a good personality and a willingness to learn will take you far. ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS>>>>>>> Why do you want to work here? I love books and love helping people find what they want! Why should we hire you? I am willing to work hard and learn as much as possible. Plus, I have no work experience, but that just means that i don't have any bad habits! Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Hopefully in a work environment that i truly love **insert your field of choice here**, What is your greatest weakness? I don't know when to say "No". Everyone needs to have days where they can get things done and relax and get peace of mind, but i am one of those people that will pick up extra shifts and work until am exhausted, which really isn't always the best thing for me health-wise. Tell me about a time you were able to satisfy an upset customer? I don't have any experience with that, but there was a time I had to deal with an unhappy classmate/sibling and we had to come to a compromise!... **tell story** DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR ME? Why do you want to work there................be honest and truthful. Why should they hire you..............what assets do you have that others don't........ Where do you want to be in 5-years................where do YOU want to be.................this is a hard one. What is your greatest weakness...........be truthful because no one is perfect and we all have weaknesses. What have to been able to do to satisfy an upset customer.............be honest and tell them what you did.

Q1. because i am really interested in books, i like___________( tell a book u like and maybe 3 more that you like) Q2. because im a hard worker and im always on task. i can get more costumers to come in and buy books. i know some friends that dont even know this place is here i can tell them and have my friends tell there friends Q3. pretty much what can u see yourself doing in 5 years, u know like getting married, having some kids. a house up in ( ur hometown) Q4. my weakness is that i cant clean up someones puke. ( or cleaning a bathroom with pee all over the floor) Q5. just tell them, im sorry for the inconvenents and ill help u find what u need to find. Q6. how often do we get paid, every week, two weeks or monthly? B) does the employs here nice and get along well? C) What should i do when i cant find the book there looking for? D) what are the rules and places i shouldnt go. when you go and meet the manager, shake his hand and tell him your name. ask him/her hows are you today. be respectful, always listen, never interupt. have a smile here and there. when you are done with the interview shake his hand and say thank you very much ( if you are hired ) and have a nice day. and there u go man, dont be nervous. u can do this i have faith in you.
