Yeah, you don't need any schooling. Don't waste your money, you can get a job without it. The pay isn't great so they will not be overly picky about who they hire. if you can type at least 30 wpm, that will help get you hired.

Two hands for typing is usually pretty useful... Not sure you need any course, you'd be just a receptionist after all, making appointments etc.... not doing the brain surgery and other operations
