Why does companies hire people if they are not willing to train?

  • Why does company hire and then lay off people if they are not willing to train? Last friday, I got laid off from my job. I was hired about two weeks ago. I was doing accounting for insurance company. During the training, they would only show me once, expecting me to know everything. I told them that I need to get used to their system, technical stuff but they were not willing to train and being impatient. The trainer was not a good supervisor at the same time.. Why does company hire if they are not willing to give chances and train employees at the same time? If they don't train, all they do is hire & fire, hire & fire people, not having long term employees.

It's why do companies. And not why does company. They obviously didn't hire you for your grammar skills. How many places did you post this exact same question? It's anoying when dumb butts do crap like that. They hire based on their needs. They need qualified people who either already can preform a job or can learn it very fast. Please don't blame the company because you're a slow Lerner.
