What does it mean when you have a dream about someone?

What does it mean when you dream about someone you USED to like and havent thought about for awhile?

  • When I was younger I had dreams about this guy that I had never met before usually I wouldn't have thought about it but it kept happening repeatedly, for about a week every night I would have the same dream. Even being younger I knew he was everything I wanted in a guy he was (literally) my dream guy. Time went on and I never really forgot about him then years later I found out he's real he wasn't just a boy in my dreams. I met him through a friend and he was exactly how he was in my dream I started liking him but never had the guts to tell him, he started changing dramatically recently, he was no longer the guy I had fallen for. So because of that I started getting over him figuring it would be better to stay friends I haven't talked nor seen or thought about him since then and the other night I had this dream about him it showed different scenes where we're together. The day we met , the day he asked me to be his gf, a date night, the day he proposed, the day we got married, a day where I'm pregnant with also a 5 year old going to visit him, a day where we're older walking down the beach, then last the day where I wake up next to him but he doesn't wake up. I'm not sure what to think or how to interpret the dream. Please help.
