ugh what you wanna do is backup your data, then go to this link http://us.playstation.com/support/systemupdates/ps3/pc_update/index.htm, than do those steps, than after all thats done update, and there you go your ps3 is no longer jailbroke, you still have your files, and you can update and play online, and not get banned..
