How do I cancel the Pink Patch?

Is anyone else having problems with the BF3 Patch for Xbox 360?

  • Okay so I downloaded the new patch everyone has been waiting for for Battlefield 3 on Xbox 360, the download went well but once it got to 100% it started to download it again and again and again and kept on re-downloading it, well I tried to cancel the download and it said, Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later. Status Code: 80150101, so I tried to delete it from my Hard Drive and it said "This item is currently being downloaded. To delete it, first cancel the download" Which I cant do because I get the error message from before, so I am caught in a loop, I cant stop the download from re-downloading over and over again and it wont let me delete it from my Hard Drive because it is being downloaded again and again without being able to be stopped, so is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? And if anyone has any other suggestions on how to stop it from re-downloading then please let me know, just to let you guys know, turning off the Xbox and turning it back on doesn't work, any suggestions?

    What I did was turn the console off then on, logged in as different profile. system, storage, hard drive, battlefield 3, scroll all the way down, delete the add on. Sign out, sign in, and I actually had to repeat the process, however I did get it to redownload and install but ONLY after the live update. ur gonna have this prolly if you updated bf3 before the console itself

I have both an Xbox and a PS3, for the Xbox, no, I have no problems with it, if it is messed up, it is probably from your Xbox. For the PS3, it is Baws, baws, baws, baws, baws, baws.

I'm having the same problem and others too. Delete system chache twice. Strore devices press Y. Delete profile and re download. Might work.

Every one is having this problem. Best thing to do is wait it out. Dice really messed up.
