Can I totally delete cod4 from my Xbox?

How on Earth do I delete COD4?

• Im trying to get the intel achievement. on my xbox. but of course i had to go and ruin it by using cheats while picking up intel. so now i want to delete my save file to start over again. Now ive hit a snag. when i try to delete my game, (going to settings, storage, choosing cod4 and deleting) it doesnt work!!!!!! the data technically erases, because it disappears, but when i go back and play the game, all my data is still there!!! (campaign is beaten, epilogue beaten, arcade mode unlocked!) **IMPORTANT** I know how to delete data normally!!!!!!! please dont tell me to go to storage, choose cod4 and then delete because it DOES NOT WORK! everytime i do this and turn my console off and on, the file is back in my xbox's storage! I have already posted this question before but i got no good answers. so PLEASE help!!! this is the last achievement left for me!!!!!!! I have deleted the data probably ten times and it never goes away!! please tell me how to fix it and if anyone else has been having a problem like this!!!!!!

  Visit the Control Panel and then, find the option to uninstall it.... Good luck!
