My xbox has been acting weird lately?

Netflix is all your connection. If you are not hooked up to Xbox Live when you turn it on and it takes longer to go to the home screen, then it's your Xbox. I'm assuming that you automatically connect to Xbox Live when you sign in right? It's most likely your connection.
