How to become a youtube partner?

I have done so much research with no success, how do you become a youtube partner?

• I have spent hours of so much research on how to get more views and subscribers on youtube. I know HOW to become a partner but what are some tips to becoming a partner so that means don't make a list saying stuff like, -No copyrighted material or -You need 100,000 total views. Please answer because I tried out for a partner 3 times and still no success.

  You first need to make sure the first thing you listed is true about your channel. Next you need to figure out how to make your channel better, because their is something that obviously doesn't fly with it, either you use copyrighted material, or you just SUCK. You really need to have 1,000-2,000+ views a week to even be considered as worth their time. And also, its not worth it if you don't have a lot of views, you won't even be able to buy a pizza. I personally think it takes too much and its not worth it. Just keep trying and make your channel a TON better, than try again.
