How can i upload videos to youtube faster?

ok so i been uploading a lot of videos but i only upload picture videos because when i try to upload something else youtube say this (uploading your video 1000 minutes remaining) i mean what the hell last time i left it uploading for 10 fu.....cking hours and it was still under 50% i left the upload i try to upload it again today it started all over from 0% help what should i do its killing me
