Can I make a video on Oblivion on youtube and not get kicked off of adsense?

yes Ive made videos of me playing oblivion and I was wondering if I could still make the videos with adsense. I didnt ask the creators if I could do it but I thought it was ok to make videos on oblivon and put them on youtube. I have adsense now and dont want them to kick me off. please help. And how can I make it legal for me to make a video with video game content on it? Im so confused and was not sure how to ask the freeken question. so if it doesnt make sense Im sorry.
