How to delete bookmarks from the google.com ?

  • At the moment I'm using google chrome internet browser, everything till today went well until I signed up into my google.com (gmail) account and then everything messed up on my bookmark list all my sorted links and folders was with the old bookmark links,folders etc., also I noticed why that happened, in the past I did save all bookmarks to google.com but don't know how that happened, so I am asking you: "how I can delete old google.com (not google chrome) bookmarks and update with the fresh bookmarks from my google chrome bookmark list ? thank you
