Netflix silverlight problem "InPrivate browsing is on" but its not?

Netflix rep didn't help at all, sent me a useless link. I recently got attacked by a virus, I only have internet explorer and a game program, what the **** should I do. I'm seriously sick of this ****, I've tried everything that the reps have told me, that google has told me, and I cant find a specific answer anywhere.
