How can I cheaply and effectively promote my new eBay shop?

What are the pro's and cons with being a business seller or shop on ebay?

I am currently seller quiet alot of things on ebay on a regular basis and I wanted to know what are the pros and cons of being a business seller or shop rather then just a normal ebay member, I have over a thousand feedback and currently have 90 things on every month and I have usually have around £100-150 ebay fees a month for selling this way. I tried to look on ebay forums and links but they don't really give details about becoming one, Can anyone give an advice on why I just become a business seller or shop compared to a normal ebay member?
