About idea net setter recharge?

I have idea netsetter E1550 .I recharged my idea net setter 2G sim with rs. 399.This sim was provided with netsetter. recharge was successfull. rs 399 is special recharge for 1 month unlimited internet.when i connected to my pc and pressed connect , It connected to the internet. But there is no data access. in the right corner of my PC ,network symbol have yellow triangle. When i take mouse pointer on this icon , it shows NO INTERNET ACCESS" My settings are as under :- profile name - idea internet, access point -internet, dialing number - *99#. I also tried the number *99***1# and also tried the command at+CGDCONT=1,"IP","internet" in modem settings but there is only uploding , No downloading speed. Please help.
