How can I link my Laptop with my O2 Xda lli mobile for exchange of audio files ?

I am having Lenovo 3000 C100 Laptop (9 years old and no bluetooth provision) and O2 Xda lli Windows Mobile ( I neither have a PC suite nor the CD of the mobile). My search with internet for PC suite is in vain. Can anybody guide me how to connect both to exchange files between them especially audio files. The mobile has an MP3 Player and I can make use of it.
