Are these bags under my eyes? And how do I get rid of them?

Under my eyes, are bags, they're very thin, like almost as thin as my eyelids and they're noticeable. How do I get rid of these? Are they even bags? And I get enough sleep, what else can cause bags? I'm stress free also. I'm only 14! Should I drink more water? I don't drink coffee or energy drinks, if they don't fully go away it's ok, but i just want them to be less noticeable.

Ok , get 2 metal spoons and put them in the freezer for 3 hours and place them on your eyes for 15- 20 minutes and do this for 3 days once a day, and you will notice a big difference!

Put something cold on them. I use frozen metal spoons and I leave them on for about 5 minutes and then they're gone.

Drink more water....i have bags and im 13 -_- i stay up late every night...anyways just cover it up with makeup and it will go away eventually! But you should talk about it to your mom! MOMS KNOW THIS STUFF!
