I'm no doctor but I heard that numbness comes from damage on your nerves, such as on your spinal cord, and because of this damage the neurons can't send signals fast enough thus the numbness - no feeling. But then again I think you should definitely go to a doctor. YAnswers surely can't accurately diagnose you. Hopefully its not that severe
