Why does my throat burn when i try to swallow or sneeze? But nothing else hurts?

It could be pharyngitis. Lozenges, Hot lemon tea, and honey can help. Since you don't have a fever it's probably not bacterial and should disappear in a few days. If it hurts too much, you can take a pain reliever.

Ugh I hate that! The worst thing, especially when your sleeping. Try eating or sucking on a throat lollie, (strepstrils, vapodrops) for a while to sooth the throat. It feels like swords in your throat or somethingggg ugh, there isn't much you can do , except wait for it to go away. Try drinking some hot beverages, like tea! sounds like it could be strep throat with that you usually get a really bad sore throat not necessarily accompanied with a cold or flu if you do have strep you need antibiotics go to the doc they will give you penicillin that will make it go away...
