Burining DVD's?

Are these Disney DVDs fake?

• Could someone tell me if the two shrink wrapped Disney DVDs on the top in this picture are fake/counterfeits? http://i.imgur.com/FXV8T.jpg They are Peter Pan and Lady in the Tramp, both meant to be the 2-disc special editions. For comparison below is Aladdin special edition (genuine) and The Lion King diamond edition (genuine) from HMV. I bought them both from UK-based sellers on ebay who claim that they are Region 2 DVDs, though never mentioning in their listing whether they are authentic or not, and I assumed they were. The minute I took them out of the jiffy bags and looked at them, it just doesn't feel right. They do come in blue DVD cases, but these don't look the same as the rest of the cases from my genuine Disney DVDs. They also have a hologram on the spine, but again not the same hologram as my genuine, HMV-bought ones. http://i.imgur.com/ILanE.jpg ^ The two questionable DVDs on top, and two genuine DVDs on the bottom. Why do the cases look different!? The other thing that makes me suspicious is the quality of the paper sleeve. The text printed on the back of these sleeves don't look as crisp and sharp as the rest of my Disney DVDs. They actually look more like a colour photocopy or print, even though the quality is still very good. Besides that, the covers look identical to genuine UK releases I've seen with all the UK ratings and everything. I don't want to message my sellers yet and accuse them of piracy, so a second opinion would be helpful. I haven't opened either of the 2 DVDs so I don't even know what the discs inside look like or how the quality of the video is onscreen.

  They are fake! The hologram is the official Disney hologram unlike the 3rd one. The plastic covering looks a little too thick (that may just be the angle or lighting of the photo though) Check the front cover... Does it have a banner at the top of the dvd advertising DTS digital surround sound? - If yes it's definitely a fake! Disney don't advertise DTS Is there a shiny round 9 sticker on the front? Also a fake! Look at the region code on the back Does it saying region 0 or playable in most regions? - If yes it's a fake! Disney never make region free dvd's. Is the seller from Hong Kong, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Singapore, or some other East Asian or Southeast Asian country? - If yes then 99% it's a fake!
