How to throw an amazing 15th birthday party?

• Okay, well you see i'm not exactly part of the popular side of school okay but at the same time i am nowhere near a nerd and neither are all my mates. I have quite a lot of mates (enough to throw a decent party) but i've never actually been to a proper house party with booze or anything like that before. However i've always heard of the popular people holding these or at least going to these pretty much every weekend and i've heard them talking about how amazing they were and discussing who's party was the best. Anyway, it's my birthday in a months time (WHOOOOOO!) and i was just wondering how i should go about doing this sort of party because i literally have no idea where to even start. Please do not tell me i am too young and that i shouldn't be drinking, i know i shouldn't blah de blah de blah but believe me, whether you give me advice on how to run it or not i am still going to do it. So could somebody give me a detailed explanation of how i should plan and carry it out? please, i literally have no clue if i'm honest how to do it but i really want it to be amazing and the best thing my mates have ever been to! Please help me!

  My 15th birthday is in 5 days!!!! My party is a about 120 or so people. Its at a fancy hotel and the attire is black dress up, but since I am the birthday girl, I am wearing a bright red dress. Then, I hired a DJ to play music and dance. You have to have great food! I have party food, plus fancy food since it is a combo of both party types. The music has to be popular/mainstream too. You have to look the best and have "VIPs" who wear a different color as well.
