Why only 2 AFL games shown on 7 Mate last weekend, when advertised that 4 games will be shown live?

    Richmond Faithfull is correct. The deal is they can show 4 games per round, and they showed the GWS/Syd game, that counted as one game. then Rich/Carl Haw /coll Freo/geel that makes 4 games for the round.

Ch 7 is just pathetic that have 3 stations and still dont want to show the footy, so why pay all that money for the rights Do yourself a favor and get foxtel, i have it and fox footy showed i think all games live

I agree with you john it was misleading the fact is 7 did have 4 games on but spread over all states it sucks

Yeah i agree with you on there.....But why didn't they show an A.F.L game on Sunday afternoon? Even this week (Round 2) there isn't a Sunday afternoon game again?

The deal is that they can broadcast 4 games a round which they did. GWS vs Sydney Richmond vs Carlton Hawthorn vs Collingwood Then there was one on Saturday night (can't quite remember what one it was)
