By far my favourite idea is the one that shows how to naturally overcome the addiction to the social aspect of smoking. The information you've provided will help anyone who has the desire to take control of their health and well being. I can now say I am a "non smoker" Thanks for creating such a great product! ok so i know what your going through. quitting smoking is really hard. but just reduce what you smoke each day, its going to take a while so dont force yourself off them. you do have a physical addiction. its healthier to ease off them. Just reduce what you smoke, and try and stay away from people that do smoke. that always gets you started or continuing again. hope this helps

Like you I started when I was around 13 and know what's like to regret something like that and so do a lot of others here at yahoo. I found that by cutting out smoking and replacing it with something healthy can help. I myself didn't take the healthy approach and substituted smoking with eating A LOT of gummy bears. by the way if anyone tells you that you're more likely to gain weight after you quit don't believe it. Aslong as you keep busy and keep your mind on something else. Stay strong, and don't give into convincing yourself into smoking again.

Sounds like you don't want to quit smoking to me. My advice for quitting smoking: I set a quit date 6 months in advance. During those six months, I dropped one smoke per two weeks from my daily habit. By the time I reached my quit date, I was down to 1-2 smokes per day. Getting b*tchy would have been less embarrassing, but I just kept breaking down crying for next to no reason. But it was worth it. I had a flight all the way to Australia. It's a long flight but not nearly so bad for an ex-smoker than it is for a smoker.
