What do you do when your thumb joint hurts 2 months after injury?
-
I fell on my hand snowboarding, and somehow injured my thumb joint. That was about 2 months ago and the pain is still there. It hurts to put pressure on the joint and move my thumb certain ways. I don't know whether to stretch it or brace it or what. I put it in a brace today and when I took the brace off the pain was worse. ANY answers or tips appreciated!!! thanks :)
