What type of job? Different countries are good for different jobs. But on average, I'd say both Britain and America, or possibly Canada should be fine for studying. Countries like Switzerland, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark, UK, Australia, Germany and Canada have quite good employment rates.

Don't know about America but jobs are very hard to come by in the UK because of the recession.
