Will canada community colleges accept if you have more than 10 failed subjects in your degree?

I am planning to apply for a two years course in Canada community colleges. I have done my Bachelors in IT (4 Yr) from India, as i had 16 fail subjects in my individual mark sheets, however, i successfully completed my course within that 4 years with 71%. Out of 16, 8 were absent ism. I am worried that i wont be able to colleges. I also want to know which are the colleges agree, i am planning to apply in these following colleges: Durham college, Mohawk College, Algonquin college. Please suggest.
