Where can I find info on Universities in France?
-
My French teacher assigned a group project where we choose a region of France and create a presentation about it. My group is doing Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur and I have to research 'universities,' more specifically studying abroad in the region. I can't find anything helpful. I started out looking on the website for the Aix-Marseille Universite but only a select few parts are in English. I can translate the French but even that doesn't really give me any information about international studies.... Can anyone think of anywhere else I can look for this information? I basically just need to know if there are any international programs (for students in the U.S.) and how to go about applying for them, some benefits of doing a study abroad program at this particular school, maybe some statistics or course info.... I'm not even sure if the Marseille University has any programs like this, so if anyone knows of a university in like Nice, Avignon, or somewhere else in the region that DOES that would be great info as well! Obviously I'm pretty ignorant about France so I would love any information that can help! Thanks! :) This is the website I am currently getting nowhere on: http://www.univ-provence.fr/public_html/univ-provence/index.php?pages=article&id=2144&idnum=2405&m=872 The description in our syllabus: Les études. Research what study abroad opportunities are available in the region. Convince your fellow classmates to go.
