Where To Buy Butch Clothes When Broke?

  • So I came out a few months ago and moved out to a more liberal city for school. I'm really tired of looking so feminine all the time, I've already chopped my hair and I mostly just wear jeans and t-shirts. But I wanna get more into menswear... I really envy to style of hipster boys and wish I could afford clothes from American Apparel and Urban Outfitters but... I can't. Suggestions for where to buy cheaper clothing? And how to dress myself, aka colors and co-ordination, I have no clue but I want to know. And also like suggestions for me not looking ridiculous because I'm a size 12/14, though I plan to get down to 8/10 by the end of the summer. Thank you!
