Why does my pregnancy belly fluctuate?

Pregnancy discomforts!Why am I having so much belly pain?

• Im going to be 25 weeks tomorrow and ive never felt pain like this before! its my first pregnancy so im freaking out!!I do have a doc appointment today in about 11 hours but i really wanna knw wha is goin on! at about 11pm last night I was eating a bowl of cereal nd got pain on my tummy it felt like my insides were being pulled! I layed down to go to sleep but i kept getting the pain off nd on! now its 4am nd the pain wont go away! I can also feel the baby really low which is a first i usually feel him a bit over my bellybutton but right now i can feel him lower than i have ever felt him nd when he moves or kicks it hurts even more:/ please help! whaa can it be nd wha can i do to feel better?

  I'm no doctor so please don't take this as a medical explaination. When I was pregnant with both my boys I use to suffer with terrible pains at night. My doctor said it was indegstion/heartburn & perscribed gaviscon which did ease the pain a little. Also your baby is getting bigger so maybe it could be that. My second boy use to get in some positions that I felt like my insides were being ripped out. Please, please tell your doctor when you go later because like I said I'm no doctor & I'm just advising you on my own personal experiences.
