Answer:
yes it is. all of this is normal and not it does not mean the baby is ready to come out. I swore my son used my bladder as a trampoline, lol. I always had to pee and I would feel so much pressure there. it gets worse the bigger they get. and there was a few jabs to the crotch I felt, lol. and when I was in my last trimester and would walk up steps, I felt like my son was going to fall out, lol. but its all normal and all gets worse

When i was pregnant with my oldest, the way he implanted was such that most of what I felt for a long time was on my cervix. I told my OB that it felt like there was popcorn popping in my vagina. It was so weird & not really terribly comfortable. It did not hurt - but it was VERY weird. Later it even got a tad painful at times. Thankfully they move, eventually turn, so it's less noticeable. If you think what you feel now is weird, just wait - there is still a lot you aren't feeling at 22 weeks. As space gets tighter you feel everything - and sometime sit seems like all.the.time. My oldest also had what felt like a near constant state of hiccups during the last trimester (he also had them a TON as a baby). Fun isn't it? LOL
