How do I top up a dongle for the 3 broadband?

3 mobile broadband dongle won't work, can I return it?

  • Got a premium dongle on 3 network, have set it up correct on 2 pc's and a laptop, even though it connects, it wont open pages on internet at all, get google page up then that's it, so it has been 'used' in effect, the lights on dongle are correct as well, its really annoying and paying £17.00 a month for this and can't use it - I know their policy is you cant return it once used but we haven't really used it because it wont work, is this a PC issue or a dodgy dongle or crap 3G connection even though all the bars on dashboard are up to full strength? Have I rights to return it?

    I would take the dongle and your laptop to the 3 shop to demonstrate the problem and they can either fix it or change the dongle HTH David

did you buy it in person or by mail order? How long ago? can you get to one of their shops to demonstrate that it doesn't work? EDIT: that's a pity, you could have returned it under DSRs if had you been faster about it. Take it to the shop now, and see what they can do.
