TV Catchup.co.uk has free website that you can sign up to. That will give you the digital channels but not sky. Also there is an App called VLC player, which is free, this will play pretty much any downloaded video. Just need to download it to a PC than copy it in using itunes.

i kind of have the same problem with my iphone... but if ya with sky aka bskyb then just sign up for a sky id via sky.co.uk or skyplayer.co.uk just google it and then on ya iphone download an app called sky go via the app store pop ya sky id username and password in and bada bing bada boom ya got sky on ya mobile but if ya but if ya dont have sky then i dont know...
