I don't why my laptop's fan (at bottom of laptop) has noisy sound?)?

my laptop is Campag branch. Fan of my laptop makes a noisy sound after having used it for a hour. This problem happens sometimes only . I feel hot when touching my laptop (surrounding area near the FAN). My question is : Is there anything bad happening in my laptop? Could this problem cause my laptop break down? Is there any solution?
Answer:

The fan is normally magnitised to the motor that spins it around to circulate air round the laptop to keep it cool. Dust can block it and cause it to be off balance and will grind against parts in the laptop. This can slow the fan down and become in effective. You can either take it apart and clean it out and make sure all parts are secure and free from dust or alternatively get a laptop cooling tray. Wouldn't recommend ones that sit on your lap as fan can get blocked if not sitting in right position. Make sure you can touch the fan easily as blades could break off easily if jeans move into fan.
