What's wrong with my HP Pro Computer System?

Sometimes i tried turning it on the screen light would turn green and than back to red like to Computer System's not even on. Sometimes it turns on but everything just freeze. Im so tired of this and i hate it. My computer's model is HP Pro. Yea, already checked my screen with other PC and it worked finely. Whats wrong with the computer system?
