how to reload tslib touch calibration?

My samsung tocco lite touch screen calibration is off, so i am unable to get into my phone. Help please?

  • As above, i turned my phone off, took out battery etc hoping this could solve my frozen screen. Instead the calibration is about 2 cm off as i have a screen lock i am now unable to type in numbers 7,8,9,0 and the confirm button. So i am locked out of my phone, is there anyway this can be fixed?? Or should i buy a new phone (which i was thinking of doing in the next few months). Thanks in advance :))

I'm not familar with this particular model, however, you may find that removing the battery and the SIM card (for >10 mins), then replacing ONLY the battery, will boot the phone up in a state that you can access and calibrate - you can then replace the SIM. If still no good, you'll probably need to reset the phone - you'll need to search for more info on this, or take it to your phone shop, but I'd advise removing the SIM before you attempt it.
