You want to provide a Wireless Access Point with rich media ? Sure, why not. Nearly anything is possible. However, it depends on where you live and what kinds of service you have available. Wireless services are usually easy to crack if the user is determined, and usually expensive to provide - so they are not often profitable. If you can afford the initial start up costs to provide a fast user experience, (not your average linksys or netgear AP), and you have a fast internet connection or your own media content.. then go for it!
