Can you stream videos without a data plan on the Blackberry Curve?

  • I have been reading that you can and can't use wifi without a data network. I have no data plan for my BB curve 3G with Koodo mobile and I haven't been billed for internet fees yet... So my question is, Can I stream videos from youtube on my blackberry curve 9300 while on a wifi network and not get charged?

    yes u can use a wifi network it also depends on what network u r using some companies in the uk have bt openzone net works wif contract fones if ur in say a starbuck i fink they offer free access of their wifi but u will not be charge for it
