How do I delete an iTunes account off my iPhone?

How can i find out if my iphone is authorized to my itunes account?

  • My laptop hard drive gave up last week. and i lost my iphone on the weekend. However, i logged in to itunes through my sisters computer. The authorized devices it shows is 4 i have no idea if my crashed laptop is included, as i have reinstalled windows, i also may have authorised my mums iPhone and laptop and my iPad and ipod with my itunes account. is there anyway to find out if the iPhone has been de-authorized by the thief? and does the authorization count only for pc's or is it for ALL devices including iDevices? I have had the the itunes account for quite a while. Since i first purchased my first idevice; iPod Touch back in 2008. i know the ipod and ipad are authorized to the account for sure. how can i know what the other 2 devices are?

    If you go to the app store, it should show you if you're on your account when you scroll all the way down, where it shows you the account.
