I'm with the Dr. on this. In a camcorder, Rubbish doesn't even start until about $300! The world has enough crapcorders. For $100....Upgrade your cell phone, you will likely get better video with a smart-phone's camera than you will with anything else in that price.

I'm sorry but you won't find a good digital camera for that much. They will all be REALLY bad cameras. Save up! Don't waste your money..
