Feeling sick, but I don't know what it's from?

I lost my girlfriend i just dont know what to do i still care but i hate feeling this way what should i do?

• well i lost my girlfriend she left me apparently i was to sweet to her and it made her feel uncomputable but i dont understand that but she likes another guy to......and theres another reason that she hasnt told me what it is i know her feeling will change shes 12 im 14 i knew this could happen since the beginning but its got me torn up im crying as i type i really did care about her and always will shell always have a place in my heart as the first one i cared for i want her to be happy no matter what happens to me i dont care if i lived with this pain for the rest of my life her happiness means more to me than anything she was the most important person in my life i never got into as much trouble as i used to since she came into the picture shes made me so happy and she said the same but seems that changed or it may not i dont know but my problem is i want her back i hate not having her im so unhappy without her im not like anyone else well thats a lie im like my grandpa but everything affects me more than anyone else things hurt me more or make me lauf mere how can i ease the pain is there hope shell come back one day what should i do ?
