Can somebody please explain what Obama's Health Care plan changes?

here it is in a couple of sentences: if you have insurance now...nothing changes... if you are uninsured...then your income wil determine how your insurance will be paid for. if you are underemployed@ 20K..then you will be eligible for medicaid..and that sliding scale applies to all in between...

People oppose it because Obamacare is unconstitutional. Obamacare violates the 16th amendment by charging a tax on individuals who don't buy health insurance.

Look at Hawaii and their health plan. The ideas are not dissimilar. Hawaii folk seem to like it.

You ability to get treatment. Health insurance does not guarantee service. Just look at Medicare and Medicaid which most doctors will no long accept and why because they are not paid the bill instead they get 18%. Now i don't know about you but i would not show up to work tomorrow and have my employer tell me that they decided to cut my pay to 18% of what i was making. So there you have it.
