Stuck at home during spring break again what should I do?

So usually I am at home during spring break because both of my parents work and my younger sister always wants to do something big for her birthday. Just recently I was grounded for 5 months so I have a bad case of the cabin fever. Finally ungrounded, I want to get the heck out especially because it's spring break. Unluckily both my parents are working again this spring break so my sister can have a good 13 birthday and I'll be stuck with a crappy 16th since we won't have any money. What should I do to keep myself busy? I've already tried to hang out with friends but they are either out of town or don't drive or have too many plans. I'm stumped... Thanks in advanced!
